The Coakley Bros. Water Tower Building is the home of Coakley Bros. moving company and Brothers Interior Design and Furniture.  Advanced Restoration performed a lot of work on the exterior to get the building looking like it does today.  The heart of the building is a concrete structure that had many areas of deterioration in need of repair.  Concrete patching, parapet wall rebuilding, paint stripping, and a fresh new coat of elastomeric on the exterior are just a few of the upgrades made to the building.  The Water Tower Building will be a highlight of Walker’s Point in Milwaukee for years to come.
